FireKeepers Casino and Greenleaf Hospitality Group have partnered together to host a benefit dinner, unlike any other, for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Kalamazoo.

The August 17 benefit dinner, appropriately named “Culinary Clash,” will be a faceoff of five of Greenleaf Hospitality Group’s head chefs against five of FireKeepers Casino’s head chefs.

Mike McKelly, of WRKR’s Morning Rocker Show and master of ceremonies for the event, will announce the secret ingredient.

Date: Tuesday, August 17
Ticket Cost: $150 per ticket
Doors: 6:00 p.m.
Dinner & secret Ingredient reveal: 7:00 p.m.

Tickets include a three-course plated dinner, silent and live auction and cash bar.
