Director of Education  and Career Development

Full-time position.  Position coordinates the Clubs’ education and career readiness programs for all ages at both the Lake Street and Douglass Units.  Responsibilities include implementing programs, collaborating with community partners, record-keeping, and assisting with staff supervision.  Requires degree in a related field, supervisory experience, and experience with youth and diverse populations.  Must be detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills.  Evenings and occasional Saturday hours required.
